  1. Do you have a retail shop where I can view products?

To keep prices down, we are online only so we do not have a retail shop.  We have ensured that full details of each product are included on our website, so that you can make an informed decision when purchasing.  

 

  1. How much do I pay for delivery?

We charged $5 flat fee for shipping New Zealand Wide and $20 flat fee for shipping Australia, including rural deliveries.

  1. Can I return or exchange my product?

Yes!  We offers all customers a 100% no questions asked money back guarantee (subject to the terms below).  Please note: Croco reserves the right to reject returns outside the 30 day return period, or items which are returned that are not in their original condition and/or packaging.

 

  1. what if i want to purchase in quantity?

We have many requests for functions and multi-purchases. We offer discount on such bulk purchases to private consumers and non-wholesale businesses. If you would like to enquire about a bulk discount, please contact us at hello@croco.co.nz

Yes! We offer FREE SHIPPING to any orders over $200 for customer in New Zealand or Australia.
